On November 26, 2014 PJM filed an executed Interconnection Service Agreement (ISA) for the 135 MW FDS Co-Generation facility with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). FDS fully executed the ISA and Interconnection Construction Service Agreement (ICSA) with PJM and American Transmission Systems, Incorporated (ATSI) on October 27, 2014.
